Background
Professor Ali has more than 15 years of experience in the field of motor manufacturing, focusing on the design and production of low-power single-phase motors. At present, he has successfully put this motor model into mass production. However, the current demand in the Iranian market far exceeds this production, and to meet this demand, he plans to further expand the production capacity and optimize the motor performance, expanding the capacity to 300,000 units per year.

In the current production process, Professor Ali has achieved a number of technological innovations:
Aluminum housing and body: Through the dye-casting method, he designed lightweight and durable aluminum motor housing, which greatly reduced costs.
Improved rotor and stator design: Based on the optimization of traditional motor components, he proposed a new design to improve the efficiency and durability of the motor.
Innovation in winding materials: He was the first person in the Iranian market to introduce aluminum wire into motor manufacturing and developed solutions that used both aluminum wire and copper wire, a breakthrough that significantly reduced production costs.
