Main cooperation directions:

(1) Product development:

Responsible for the synthesis of new products, new technologies, and new processes, as well as the upgrading and transformation of existing products.

Provide academic or non academic recommendations for project advancement based on chemical synthesis literature and raw material design of target molecule synthesis routes.

(2) Technical management:

Manage production technology, processes, and technological upgrades to ensure that intellectual property rights are not infringed during the production process.

Provide process training and technical guidance on the production site.

(3) Technical exchange and cooperation:

Organize internal and external technical exchanges, actively carry out technical cooperation projects, and promote the implementation of new synthesis methods and environmental protection requirements in the industry.

Main technical requirements

1. Organic synthesis methods and processes

· Requirements: The introduction of professionals with rich organic synthesis background, with the ability to research and optimize the synthesis process of pesticides and their apis.

· Requirement details

o Familiar with organic synthesis reaction mechanisms, able to design and validate new synthesis routes.

o The ability to conduct small-scale experiments and scale them up to industrial production scale.

o Understand green chemistry principles and be able to develop environmentally friendly synthesis processes.

2.Engineering amplification and process optimization

· Requirements: Professionals with experience in engineering magnification are required to effectively solve technical problems arising during the magnification process.

· Requirement details

o Have practical experience in engineering amplification, familiar with adjustment and control of reaction conditions in the process of amplification.

o It can analyze impurities and incomplete reactions in the process of amplification and propose solutions.

o Skilled use of statistical tools and software for process optimization and control.

3.Analysis and test technical support

· Requirements: Bring in analytical test technical experts who can perform effective quality control to ensure the quality and compliance of new products.

· requirement details：

o Familiar with modern analytical techniques, such as high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), etc.

o Ability to develop and optimize test methods to ensure product quality meets national and international standards.

o Ability to analyze data and interpret results to provide basis for R&D decisions.

Position/Benefits:

(1) Technical Chief Engineer:

Professional requirements: Graduated with a PhD in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering, and other fields, possessing experience in pesticide and API research and development, and able to independently conduct innovative research.

Work experience: At least 15 years of work experience in fine chemical or pesticide production enterprises.

Salary standard: 800000 to 1.5 million yuan per year.

(2) Synthesis R&D Project Manager/Senior R&D Engineer:

Professional requirements: Doctoral degree in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering, and related fields, with fresh graduates also accepted.

Work experience: Possess experience in pesticide or API research and development or engineering scaling up, able to lead teams to carry out innovative work.

Salary standard: 500000 to 1 million yuan per year.
