Job Description

The project intends to recruit a postdoctoral researcher to focus on the development of microbiological detection chips and the optimization and practical application of nanofiltration membrane processes. Researchers are required to work full-time in the laboratory, undertake research and development tasks on related topics, participate in team cooperation, and promote the transformation of technological achievements.

Technical Demand

1. Research and development of microbial detection chip: It is necessary to have the knowledge of environmental microbiology and molecular biology, and carry out the innovation and improvement of microbial detection technology.

2. Process optimization of nanofiltration membrane: Process optimization of existing nanofiltration membrane technology is carried out to improve its performance and efficiency in practical applications.

3. Research ability and team collaboration: Strong research ability is required, able to independently conduct experiments and analyze data, and have a good team spirit to participate in team research projects.

Salary

• Basic annual salary: 250,000 yuan.

• After successfully joining the postdoctoral workstation, the annual salary is 350,000 yuan (including government subsidies).

• After the successful transformation of the results, the team performance is not capped, and the specific reward is negotiable.
