The 2nd China Overseas Chinese Intellectual Development Conference invites you to attend!

The Second China Overseas Talent Development Conference is scheduled to be held in mid to late December in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. "Overseas Talent Hub" will provide a precise platform for overseas talents and key employers to connect talents, projects, capital, and services, and invite overseas talents to come to Rongcheng for negotiations and exchanges.

Activity content

1. The conference will comprehensively showcase a series of preferential policies and measures aimed at encouraging and supporting overseas talents to return to China and carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities;

2. The precise docking process will focus on the core group: overseas talents will establish direct contacts with a series of key employers.

These units include but are not limited to:

1. Higher education and scientific research institutions: Fujian Normal University of Fuzhou University, Fuyao University of Science and Technology, Mindu Innovation Laboratory, a research highland, and Fujian Institute of Material Structure, Chinese Academy of Sciences;

2. Leading enterprises and state-owned enterprises: Fujian New Continent Technology Group, Fujian Wanglong Computer Network Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd;

3. Medical institutions: covering provincial hospitals, the first general hospital of the city, the second general hospital of the city, as well as Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital specializing in the treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases.

Participation conditions

1. Excellent overseas doctoral and master's degrees, graduated from one of the top 200 universities or disciplines ranked in the top 50 globally according to the latest three world university rankings;

2. Have not been employed or started a business in Fujian, and have not entered the country for more than 2 years.

Event registration

To ensure the accuracy of the event docking, please provide the following materials:

1. Scanned copy of passport front page;

2. Current students are required to provide a proof of enrollment issued by their school and send it via the school's domain email;

3. For graduates, please provide a degree certificate issued by the Ministry of Education. If you have not yet obtained a degree certificate, please log inhttps://zwfw.cscse.edu.cn/Submit the application and send the acceptance status. If you hold the certificate issued by the Consulate General for returned students, please replace it with the certificate of academic credentials issued by the Ministry of Education;

4. Except for those who have already entered foreign countries, please provide the results of the entry and exit record query by the National Immigration Administration from May 1, 2024.

Service guarantee

PhD and master's students who are invited to participate in this conference and are either fresh graduates or studying abroad will have their accommodation and dining expenses fully covered by the organizer during the Fuzhou event arranged by the organizer. In addition, each invitee will also receive an international travel allowance of up to 8000 RMB (if the actual expenses are lower than this standard, they will be calculated based on the actual amount incurred), and any excess beyond this limit will be borne by the individual.
