Types and Conditions of Declaration
It is divided into "500 elite" talents and flexible imported talents, among which "500 elite" talents are divided into three categories: entrepreneurial talents (projects), innovative talents and innovative teams, and each category has its own application conditions; Flexible talent introduction requires that the industrial economy field is equivalent to the high-end or above of Taizhou High-level Talents Classification Catalogue, the social undertakings field is equivalent to the excellent or above, and the enterprises openly employ the list-uncovering or team leader through the "list-uncovering" activity.
Entrepreneurial talents (projects)
Top talent (team) entrepreneurial projects are introduced in a "one-thing-one-discussion" manner, with a maximum project funding support of 100 million yuan within five years, and relevant funding is specified in the "one-thing-one-discussion" agreement. Entrepreneurial talents from the "500 elite" to the leading level will be given a maximum of 2 million yuan to 20 million yuan of entrepreneurial support funds, and a maximum of 4,000 square meters of three-year rent-free entrepreneurial places will be provided or corresponding rent subsidies will be given. Entrepreneurial projects that develop and grow can enjoy the second additional support of up to 20 million yuan and a series of financial support.
Innovative talents
High-level talents who are engaged in technical research and development, management and other positions in Taizhou enterprises are selected as "500 elite" innovative talents, and within five years, the employer will be given a salary subsidy of up to 1 million yuan per person per year according to the annual salary of talents; High-level talents who engage in innovation in social institutions can enjoy up to 20 million yuan of innovation funding after their innovation projects are approved.
Newly introduced high-level entrepreneurial and innovative talents themselves can enjoy a maximum of 3 million yuan of housing allowance, a maximum of 2 million yuan of housing allowance, a maximum of 800,000 yuan of living allowance, and various policy treatments such as talent therapy, medical care and children's education.
Flexible introduction of talents

It is clear that senior entrepreneurial talents (projects) will be evaluated and identified by counties (cities, districts) themselves, and high-end and excellent entrepreneurial talents (projects) will be re-evaluated and selected by Taizhou Special Office from senior entrepreneurial talents who have been registered for one full natural year and not more than two full natural years, paying more attention to the development after introduction; In the sequence management of talent projects, the "500 elite" innovative talents are required to be on duty full-time.
